Inspection of Burgh Water WorksA number of Tain's dignataries and noted citizens along with engineers and burgh workmen are shown at St George's well , near Culpleasant during the 1910 annual inspection of the Burgh's water works. These works established in 1871 provided Tain with an abundant and pure water supply for many years.
