On the Green, St Duthus Bowling ClubThe onlookers watch carefully as the serious business of an obviously crucial measure is taking place during a game of bowls at the St Duthus Bowling club.
Today's bowlers might not be too happy with the state of the bowling green which appears anything but smooth.

I have a photo of my uncle Mr Donald G Campbell who was a Champion of Tain Bowling Club, I have no idea of the day but must be early 1900, s. If anyone can give me any information about him or the club I would love to add it to the family tree.

I don't know anything offhand about Donald G Campbell but will look into this when I have time. For information about the St Duthus Bowling Club, Tain, there is a booklet available which was produced for their Centenary in 2006. It was produced by the Picture Post Printing, Tain.
