New Chair and Vice Chair

It was all change at the AGM of Tain & District Museum in September. Alistair Jupp resigned after many years as Chairman. Alistair has been tireless in his work for the museum and happily remains a valued member of the Trust.

Elizabeth Fraser has succeeded as Chairperson. Elizabeth has been a member of the Trust for over a year and organised the recent successful Papal Bull conservation. 

Philip Ward has agreed to support Elizabeth as Vice Chairman. Philip has been a volunteer with the museum since 1999. Philip has become an expert on Tain medieval history and St Duthac.
