Engraved on plaque - 1-mile championship won by David Ross; Pitlochery (sic) 1904
David Ross, known as Davie Sheallachan after the croft, was an outstanding athlete in his day.
Horns described as rams. Plaque is a silver-plated elaborate edifice. Engraved plate in the centre of horns supporting flat base and thistle shape top with additional finial. Horns have silver-plated shield tips with fern engraving with a line-engraved band. Matching engraved band on a flat base. Fronds and ferns over base.
