This photo is of the St Duthus football team in 1963.
The team won four cup competitions this year, ultimately losing out on the league title on a sore note due to them fielding an ineligible player, Derek Oates from Edderton, who was a Ross County at the time.

front row middle is definitely Tom Ross, I went to school with him. Never mind can't be lucky all the time.
Gordon Mitchell
Hi there, Gordon Mitchell in this photo was my uncle, I'm the son of his younger brother Charlie whom sadly passed away in 1989. My dad Charlie moved away from Tain, however, we used to always come up on holidays. The place still has some special memories for me. I beleive my uncle was a bit of a player? Does anyone know if he and my dad were as good as they used to tell me? Thanks Gordon
