Douglas Davidson
Jack was the `dark horse` of the Davidson family. He first appears as an adult in the 1939 Register working as an aerospace engineer inspector based in Bristol.In 1940 he married Lorna Banks and moved to Leamington Spa where he worked for Lockhead. His work involved the inspection of aircraft undercarriage components, hydraulic flying control systems and hydraulic pumps. The factory employed 10k people and was spread over the area of 6 football pitches. Jack visited Tain frequently over the years. He died in Leamington spa in 1960. His brother Alistair attended the funeral.
